Translation:

"At this place, His Majesty Emperor Wilhelm II killed a stag with unequal 44-pointed antlers during an evening ambush on September 27, 1898."

The stone is located 350 meters to the left of the road between the villages of Lesistoe and Raduzhnoe, on a lowland marshy meadow.
